She listens intently and through her key questions, I have gained insight into a way to restructure my calendar that works for me. I've tried various methodologies, but Judy helped me to explore what was important to me and shift how I view categories to benefit me, rather than try to squeeze myself into someone else's process. Is been a real eye opener in so many levels and she is been helping me to understand and realized some concernss and issues as well as my strengths and motivations during this crazy times that we are all living... personal, family, friends, society everyday activities, interactions, etc.
