I went to James as I was experiencing nerve pains on my hip and back and he really helped me in relieving my pain. He also educated me exercises to strengthen my back and hip muscles to prevent future injuries.
I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and caring physiotherapist. -

I have been seeing him due to a nerve injury on my left arm, and I’ve never felt better. He also answer any question you may have and really goes in-depth about how everything connects-why you need to work on all areas around the injury too. Thanks again, James.

In such a short time, he has taught me so much as well as helped me with my injury. You can tell he really cares about his clients and wants to see progress. He is very patient and understanding. I really recommend him for just about everyone of any age.

He took great care in solving the right problems and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. His professional treatment and advice were instrumental in getting me back on track from my neck/back injury. Highly recommended!!!

(February 11, 2020, 6:16 pm)I've been here to see James multiple times now and he has helped me out with all the problems I've had. He is very knowledgeable and I always walk out of my appointments feeling way better. I was impressed with his ability to diagnose my issue and his advice.
He makes sure to gives you stuff to work on at home to help strengthen/recover. I've since recovered from my injuries, but should anything happen again, I'm definitely coming back here.
