  I come here for my child's pediatrician and the pharmacy. The entire building is medical related. Inside is usually kept well. There are bathrooms on every floor. There is a nice little waiting area in the middle of the ground floor with seating and a cool marble pebble fountain. It's accessible and easy to get into and there's a Tim hortons across the parking lot if you need to grab a coffee before your appointment.

  House of hearing is in this plaza. I was very happy with the hearing test and hearing aids the staff are knowledgeable and I recommend this place.

  Primarily a medical centre. No adequate place for a quick snack.
  
  Luckily Tim's is just next door.
