  I first found Therapy Heals mid 2000's I think, came back after a few years and was connected with Frances. I am grateful for her counselling from 2012-2017 as she had created a safe space for me to work through my bouts of depression and anxiety. Initially sought out treatment for overeating and came to realize that was only a symptom of a much bigger issue and I could not have done that without the support and guidance of Frances. We looked at issues on the micro and macro scale, and was given exercises to help me pinpoint what I was struggling with most and how to work through it. While I am not in full time counselling now, I am glad that I will be able to check in with Frances to keep myself on track. It has been an enlightening experience and I am forever grateful for having found Frances to support me during my time of suffering.
