They came to our home, and after about 20 minutes of work, showed that we had an issue not with the vent, but with the flapper at the top of our home.
I took his advise, contacted someone to replace the cap & dryer time is back to only 45 - 60 minutes, not 2 hours. They always did a great job!!! Thank-you
The Home Warranty Company & have the cap replaced to a different style. He waived the service call fee because the home was so new & he just gave me some advise.
He answered all of my questions and was just an absolute pleasure. At least a dozen of my neighbors have used them and have been so happy with them. I will pass his card around to everyone I know!
However, he went above and beyond explaining the issue to us, and DIDN'T CHARGE US for the work done. We will us them for sure in the future. Truly committed to providing the best possible service.
