He responds quickly to messages, listens well and gives honest advice to get you the best quality at the price you can afford. He and the staff are very helpful. When I visited the store, he took all the time I needed to answer questions, and to demonstrate TVs and soundbars.
Also their prices are unbeatable. This is a business I am happy to support! -

(June 4, 2019, 3:58 pm)I was very impressed. I loved the whole experience of shopping there and would go there again in a heart beat. I can't say that about most stores.
The sales staff I dealt with knew everything there was to know about the product, and was able to answer every technical question I had, very different from most other stores.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I got 100% of their attention and no rush or pressure at all.
They went out of their way to show me proper comparisons of different models, and pointed out differences that would be important to me.
Great selection of products.
Best prices on new products - by far.
I highly recommend this store and the staff. -

Sunny is very knowledgeable and provides excellent, unbiased help to get you what you need within your budget. He even kept the shop open for a bit longer just for us! The store has an excellent setup and it was very helpful to see comparisons side-by-side to help make the best decision. Delivery and setup we're very smooth as well. Highly recommend. We'll be coming back for any future electronics needs.
