He is super quick in responding to all the inquiries sent to him. He came promptly to inspect and provide a quote. He performed his work as promised, left my property neat and tidy. Shown picture of before and after work along with the video. Sent me the detailed report indicating what was the issue and how he remediated it. His support from the inquiry phase to after-sale service is fantastic. His pricing was reasonable as compared to other companies doing the same work.

Sina was professional and truly knows what he is doing. He was quickly able to identify potential problem areas. He is someone who is honest and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

He made the process of house inspecting so easy and was very accommodating to our requests. He walked us through the inspection and taught us practical ways to fix immediate issues with the home in a calm and professional manner. The report he provided was completed the same day as the inspection and included a thorough check of the home. I would recommend Sina to my friends and family, hope to continue working with him!
