Andrew responded to our initial call on the same day and made the installation at our convenience (3 days later). We have been pleased with Andrew's promptness and with his workmanship and would be confident in recommending his service.

He soldered in a new faucet, reworked the drain connection; and provided a linkage for the washing machine outlet. Great job, I will call him again for future projects.

(April 3, 2019, 6:37 pm)I had a toilet that was leaking around the base. Andrew answered my call immediately, explained options and pricing on the phone and provided a great response. He was at my place within two hours and had a new toilet installed perfectly within two hours of that. Everything was completed within 3.5 hours of my initial call. We chatted while he removed and installed the toilets. He explained the nuances of what he was doing and why. Not only did he do a great job, but it was a pleasure to experience his professionalism.
