Very caring and knowledgeable doctors, competent staff. Diagnosed a complicated issue very quickly and took time to fully explain the course of action moving forward, set up all appointments etc.
I decided to write my review after reading a few negative reviews about the receptionists at Maple Kidz Clinic. Fortunately, my experience with the front end staff has been a positive one at every visit. However, I completely understand patients who feel frustrated when dealing with the difficulties that front end staff have to deal with at times. Keep in mind what difficult duties they have as well. It is not easy for both parties and can be stressful at times. Moving forward, my main focus when leaving this review lies with the individuals directly administering my child’s healthcare. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the entire staff at Maple Kidz Clinic for many years, and the level of care my child has received is incomparable to other clinics I have visited. The nursing staff and Doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and above all efficient. I have always left my appointment feeling satisfied and secure with the advice I have received, and impressed with the level of care my child receives. Five stars all the way!

Dr Daniel Ostro is a General Pediatrician at the Maple Kidz Clinic. He is an attending Pediatrician at the Mackenzie Health Hospital. Dr Ostro completed his Pediatric residency and was Chief Resident at SUNY Downstate Medical Centre, in Brooklyn, New York.
