My husband has had the same dentist for 30 years, we live about 10 minutes from the Dental Office, in Maple. My husband had a broken crown, he went to have it fixed as an emergency, and the amazing experience has him now going on a regular basis to Dr Silverberg and his team, his new dentist of choice!
The friendly Staff and Associated Dentists Dr, Z are amazing. The COVID protocols are unbelievable, safe, caring, questions at the time of booking, questions from the parking lot before coming in. The front desk staff is kind and friendly starting from the confirmation, calls for the appointment to the rebooking of appointments. The team is eager to work with you, making sure that you are comfortable, before and after the appointment.
Now me, I am so scared of Dentists and Dental offices, I too had an emergency and was taken in the same day, unbelievable, unfortunately I needed an extraction, Dr. Z saw how scared I was, as well as the excellent kind and sweet assistant, they made the experience and made me so at ease. The next day they called to make sure I was ok, and if I had any issues. Who does that today? Not many Dental Practices, that I know.
I now have had my teeth cleaned with the most gentle hands, and kind soul. I am now going to continue to have all my Dental needs taken care of from Family Dentistry in Maple, I have had so many AWFUL experiences, and Dr. Silverberg and his team are unreal. I am no longer scared and I am having all my dental needs taken care of. Thank You Team Dentistry in Maple. -

His professionalism and demeanour enables you to feel relaxed and comfortable and confident. The hygenists and staff as a whole are amazing!! My family and acquaintances are patients as well. Open 7 days a week.
