He is a true athlete and master at his craft, as well as a great person and passionate fitness professional. I liked it so much, I drove nearly 40 minutes for my sessions. Keep up the great work team! Highly recommend.

(June 9, 2022, 4:23 am)A friend in calisthenics park in Toronto introduced me and Sergio some time ago and I have never imagine that training will be like this.I decided to give it a try and by now all I can say is that i highly recommned everyone to try this out.. Its pretty interesting mix of everything to reach dominant prime and esthetically decent physique. giving it all 5-stars because it definitely not something you get in your regular public gym
