  My mother is a new resident at Chartwell Valley Vista, having moved in just four weeks ago. From our early conversations with both management and staff prior to my mother taking residence, to date, we have been treated with the utmost respect. There were no questions left unanswered and all of our needs were addressed promptly and with kind consideration.
  
  My mother is very happy with her new living arrangements and takes comfort in knowing her needs will be met in a timely and professional manner. She has come to know the staff, who always greet her with a warm welcome and ensure that she feels at home and is integrating well in the programs and services offered.
  
  I would not hesitate to recommend Chartwell Valley Vista to my friends and family.

  I love the compassion of the staff and volunteers. Not only do they listen to the residents but they also are compassionate to their families. Communication is excellent and concerns are dealt with in record time. All the staff are well suited to their jobs and they do them with love. I have recommended Valley Vista to a lot of my friends who have aging parents. As my mother in law says, it’s like a hotel here. Thank you staff and volunteers from the bottom of our hearts.

  A great place for elderly parents to stay. My mother has been there for 6 months and they have taken good care of her. The staff are great and the food is excellent. And the price is less than other retirement homes I looked at.

  One of the best retirement residents i have ever seen! Everyone there is very friendly and nice! The service is great and the place is very clean and organized.
