(March 21, 2021, 6:03 am)The first weekend of Spring 2021 was gloriously sunny, especially Saturday, March 20, but not many courses are open at this time of year. Booking by phone was easy and pleasant with David at Carrickmacross. The parking lot was completely full when I arrived, it's compact. I used the range and played a round with friends. The range is all grass and full length, and the Pinnacle range balls are in good condition, so good stuff, but it got super busy. The course is simple, the planted trees are still young and small, there are no traps and you cross the small creek twice. The greens are not fast but were in decent condition with no bald spots. The pace of play was comfortable. $24 for a walking round was a good fun way to start playing golf this year!

(November 27, 2020, 7:44 pm)Been going here for years... Don't so much play their course, however, their driving range is hard to beat. Decent size with a grass hitting area. Tucked away on a side street provides a more quiet experience, as opposed to other larger locations.

(August 4, 2020, 7:07 pm)Great little par-3, 18 hole course. Golf carts and pull carts are available. The greens are well-kept and there are no water hazards. However, if you're a slicer, like me, bring lots of balls. The trees and tall grasses lining some of the fairways gobble them up! 😀
