  I went to the store because I got tennis elbow as a result of my computer based job. The staff were patient with me and gave me genuine and honest product recommendations. While I was there, I took a brief look at the store and saw they had a whole variety of products. Overall, a really pleasant experience, I recommend it for anyone looking for honest and personal care.

  Great customer service. Ingrid was very helpful, she went out of her way to help me get what I was looking for. She called the manufacturer to check on a size that they didn’t have in stock and was able to order it and get it within a day. Always kept in touch, easy to communicate with. Magda was great too when I spoke with her on the phone. I had a very pleasant experience here, great selection too. I highly recommend this place.

  Great team. My ostomy supplies are always on time. I already have five years experience with these good people.

  I think it is not right to compare a small family business to online shopping on Amazon.
