Huge thank you for the AMAZING work you’ve done at our residence. What started out as a small renovation - ended up being a huge overhaul of the entire house. We dealt with many trades along the way but your professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional. We are extremely happy with the finishing trim work ( baseboards, window trim, shoe moulding, door jams, doors etc). Compliments on the design quality and craftsmanship by all those who visit is a true testament to your work and the passion you have for your trade. (February 7, 2019, 4:36 pm)We hired John on a referral from some very good friends where he had done some work. It took a while to get him as he is in high demand and busy. We hired him to build an entrance to a crawl space in a finished basement and also to add more cabinets to existing cabinets in our study.
For the crawl space entrance, he provided some really good insights and advice which improved upon what we had in mind. His work was excellent.
For the cabinets the work was so good that you could not tell the new cabinets from the ones that had been there for over 25 years. The trim work was indistinguishable from the old, and the crown molding was installed to precision. His work was to the highest level of master carpentry. He paid attention to detail, listened to our needs and gave excellent suggestions.
He is honest, very co-operative, master at what he does and very reasonable in price. He also has a good old English sense of humour and enjoys and takes pride in what he does.
We would like to hire him again for more work we have, when he is available, and highly recommend him. -

I showed John what I had in mind, and he came back with a more affordable solution for the char rail and boxes than I had ever imagined. I also appreciated his vision, and guidance in terms of finding the right look to match my modern home. He came in to do the job in a timely manner, was extremely professional and we are so pleased with the final product. Will definitely work with him again!
