He was great, very helpful, focused on our needs, wants and always had our best interest in mind, he gave great advice and made our home purchase less stressful. My sister used him as her realtor aswell and we would both recommend him to anyone!!!

(April 17, 2020, 4:16 pm)We have been working with Steven for couple of Leasing projects, he was very helpful in finding the right tenants , he comes and looks at the house and gives us advice and takes pictures and advertises in the correct places, usually in the first week itself we have many clients and he takes his time in choosing the rights tenants he is always in communication with us and recommends based on his findings. One thing most I find Steven is very friendly, approachable and very helpful, he proactively takes all the necessary things even without us telling him. I definitely will use Stephen and he goes above and beyond in his work and make sure the Tenants and owner’s are happy and completely Satisfied
I will recommend Steven 100% for the quality of the work and the amount of care he takes towards finding the right tenants -

Steve was always there to help my wife and I with whatever we needed. Communication was always a breeze with Steve, calls/texts/emails were always promptly and thoroughly replied to.
As easy going as Steve is to work with, it is his professionalism that left us with such a glowing impression of him. We could rely on Steve in doing for us what he said he would. Steve brought a wealth of knowledge to the table which helped immensely in devising a strategy for maximizing the sale price of our house.
I would whole heartedly recommend Steve. He would be the first person I would consider for future real estate needs.
