These guys are awesome. I live in Australia and had a question on sizing and didn’t want to make a mistake given my location, Marina was a great help and responded really quickly providing great information which allowed for me to make the right choice.
Skates ordered on the Friday and turned up on the Wednesday, how good is that for service! Very satisfied customer

I've ordered RB Twister Edge X in the past and recently got some wheels and bearings cleaners ordered from the website. I loved the options I had, delivery was quick and the products were perfect with no manufacturer's default. I really appreciate the mgmt investing into their website as earlier it was heavier for the mobile browser to open the website. And now it feels much smoother navigating through it!

This site is pretty awesome. I ordered some inline wheels for a good price and they arrived in a timely manner (As timely as our pandemic post allows at the moment).

Unfortunately, for me I ordered the wrong size. But, I contacted customer service and they we quick to respond. I asked for an exchange and they sent a return shipping label right away. After looking at the site there wasn't any wheels that I wanted in my size so I asked if they could refund and they said I could. No fuss no hassle.

Definitely will be shopping here again once they're stock ramps back up after the pandemic.

Edit: I am updating my rating to 3 stars due to the fact I had a different person from customer service reach out to me and and actually offer me help and gave me options. I’ve had faster communication and I have been taken care of.

My rating is for the TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered a pair of skates that came in a damaged box and the skates overall looked new but was missing paint on the eyelets and I reached out to them over email. And got no response after two days I sent another email. I tried calling but all I get is the voicemail and I sent a Facebook message that didn’t get a response until 3 days later and after I responded back nothing else was said to me.it’s been 4 days. I got a response to the second email. I sent pictures and a video and I was told nothing was wrong with the skates and that I hope I enjoy them. I told them I was not happy with these skates and wanted a refund. I have not heard anything from them in 5 days! Awful awful customer service. All I wanted was to exchange them because I’m not paying this much money for it to come damaged and they can’t be bothered to even email you back. I will not buy from them again because of the service.
