(April 15, 2021, 4:57 am)IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER A DECADE! THEYVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY GREAT W.THEIR DIMSUM (BOTH DINE IN AND TAKE OUT). FRIENDLY STAFF (A BIT OF A LANGUAGE BARRIER) AND THEYRE VERY KEEN W.THE COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS.
MY FAVOURITE DIMSUM ITEM IS THE FRIED BITTER MELON W.SALTED EGG AND THEIR FRIED SOFTSHELL CRAB! -

(March 26, 2021, 1:12 pm)Didn't even know there was a dim sum place in Vaughan Mills plaza. Food was better than most dim sum places. Was impressed by the Hard Gow. Wrapping was thin and translucent. Usually the thick in most places. Most things I got were above average and staff was really friendly. Would definitely go back.

(February 4, 2021, 8:33 pm)The Peak Top Cuisine is selling delicious Chinese New Year cakes at First Markham Place this year. Their temporary shop #113 will open until Feb 11,2021. I bought two kinds of sweet cakes to try. Both water chestnut cake and coconut cake were amazing. The cakes were very fresh and not too sweet. The price is quite reasonable! Looking forward to try other Chinese dessert too. Will go back to buy more!
