Prime location as it is steps to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre 5 mins to York, 40 mins to Union Station all via subway line.
If you are lucky enough to get the 2nd level with roof top terrace or the 2nd level corner unit they are a true gem.
All condo amenities for Festival Condos are included in the maintenance fees as the developer is the same ie. gym, pool, party room, etc. -
