Technicians are informative about what they're doing before doing the job. To me this is key because when I’m paying that much money I don’t want a surprise in the end. -

(January 9, 2019, 11:08 pm)Second Kal Tire location that I have been to for wheels, tires and services. Once again, no issues (as per the Kal Tire reputation). The staff are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. This time, they helped me setup a winter tire and wheel setup for a recent purchase. The tires and wheels were ordered and when both items were available, they called me to setup an appointment to perform the installation. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, everything was ready to go and they were expecting me. As such, everything was completed in a timely manner and I was back on the road within an hour. Extremely professional and courteous. Definitely planning future visits as our other vehicle requires some summer wheels as well.
Highly recommend this location for all of your tire and wheel needs.
