(December 15, 2020, 4:37 pm)Purchased Schluter shower kit - asked to be customized (change tray size) and they had all items in stock. Delivery was quick. Upon delivery i discovered it was missing few components but they quickly acknowledged and sent out the next day. Excellent service.

It was faster than UPS had originally said. Nice and the price was very competitive (I'd say cheaper as it is slightly different: I'd say better) than what you would pay at Costco.ca

(November 21, 2020, 7:41 pm)my husband and I decided to add a Schluter heated floor to our master bathroom. After some searching I found these guys. Prices and service were hard to beat. I'm in AB and ordered on the Friday and received the following Friday. Probably would have got here even sooner but I missed the Friday pickup, so it didn't get picked up until Monday. Parcel received in excellent condition! Give this company a try I don't think you'll be disappointed! Will definitely use them again!!

I thought I was going to be stuck with a product that was $250 and I could not use it. The people at Global Trade & Distribution were great to work with. They allowed me to buy the correct size cable and return the unused cabled. The customer service was polite, speedy, and efficient. Shout out to Dan for the friendly service. How refreshing! Thank you!

Normally I call in my orders but it is better if you send an email with a detailed request and part numbers. The pricing is extremely competitive and the staff are helpful and informative on product knowledge. Strongly recommend going here and I will continue to shop here for all my projects.
