The experience with Global Aluminum Solutions was fantastic right from the first moment I spoke to Tatiana on the phone to the last moment when the crew ensured I was happy with their work. Tatiana is the customer service rep and she is exceptional. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She very quickly had a team set up to come to our home to provide a quote. I received the quote within a hour of the team leaving our home. The crew that did the quote and the team that installed the porch enclosure were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the glass enclosure and the work they did is exceptional. I highly recommend Global Aluminum Solutions. They are a fantastic company who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service and a high quality product. We are THRILLED with our new glass enclosure! It looks fantastic !!!

(April 21, 2021, 7:32 pm)I contacted Global Aluminum Solutions Inc. and was immediately greeted on the phone (due to COVID-19 restrictions) by an individual named Tatiana. She has a friendly demeanor, is knowledgeable with the company’s products and answered all my questions posed to her without hesitation.
As per our conversations, being able to see pictures of available product options and measurements taken and submitted; Tatiana was able to provide me with a design layout that fit my budget. In addition, the installation team was very professional and put the finishing touches on my front entrance glass doors to my satisfaction.
I would definitely recommend Global Aluminum Solutions Inc. to anyone and everyone! They are top notch in their business field. -

His team was extremely professional and responsive, answering all questions and always returning calls immediately, and completing all work on schedule.
