He came up with a creative solution for my gas line install for the BBQ. He explained his work after he is done & ensures you know exactly how to use everything. He is excellent. (February 19, 2021, 8:09 pm)While we did not end up needing to hire GasGuys for any services, I was very impressed with the company just through our communications. Instead of pretending like they needed to see what the issue was (and charge the minimum service fee to visit our location, like other companies wanted to do) George determined that I could easily handle the question myself and walked me through it on the phone. I was very thankful for his honesty and clear and through instruction. If I ever have a need in the future, I will certainly be asking them for help again.
