I highly recommend Four Seasons sunrooms. Their attention to detail, genuine care and concern for their beautiful sunrooms is admirable. They are truly "old school" service in the most positive sense of the word!!! Thank you so much to Jack and the two amazing gentlemen who restored every inch of my sunroom to its original beauty. We acquired a dilapidated uncared for sunroom when we purchased our home - we even considered tearing it down - but after the Four Seasons team was finished with it - we were able to see what an amazing treasure we had. I spend every single day in that room - it is without a doubt my favourite room in the house and everyone else's favourite room too!!!

FOUR SEASONS' SUNROOM INSTALLATION AMIDST THE PANDEMIC

Sometime in 1988, my family moved into a newly built Green Park home in Richmond Hill. Through the years, we did renovations with different contractors. The most recent one was a major project that needed a lot of thought and planning between me and my husband because we believe that if we fail to plan, we plan to fail.

I envisioned a multi functional addition to the front of our house that would enable our children to sanitize and air out their sports equipment before taking them inside the house. It would have an area to leave outdoor footwear for family members and visitors. It would also serve as a front porch where we can read, relax and watch the neighbourhood anytime all year round.

After shopping around for the right contractor in the summer of 2020, we decided to go with the Four Seasons in Vaughan, Ontario. Samantha made arrangements with Kirk, (sales consultant) to contact me. We first had an online meeting. Later, we met in person and he explained everything about the project including the permit application which could take months. After my husband and I signed the contract and the building permit was granted, Jack and Amir spoke with us online for preliminary discussion on how the project would proceed.

Before laying the foundation, Lukasz and Wojtek started the labour-intensive job of hand digging to avoid the gas line. Both were exceptional in their skills and their sense of humour made me feel at ease. When I found out they were assigned to another project, I worried about the loss of work continuity.

Jack, however, addressed my concerns and made sure Tyler would deliver a decent and professional job as a carpenter which he did. Tyler also single-handedly installed the superior quality glass roof, windows and the triple lock security door that locks inside and outside with a key.

The brick layers also did a great job when they installed bricks on the outside walls of the sunroom. Jack chose the colour and design that closely matched the original bricks of our house. It made our place look custom-made.

When Benito was hired as Jack’s “right hand man”, things got much easier to coordinate. He got Luis to install the tiles I supplied in a nice and speedy way that made the sunroom look even brighter. Communication with Matt was also a big help in getting things done.

The pandemic, weather and other minor issues definitely affected the project’s completion. However, the priceless sunroom we now enjoy was well worth waiting for. MY VISION FINALLY CAME TO FRUITION!!!

BRAVO and a big "THANK YOU" to the FOUR SEASONS’ family with its team of experts and professionals

The gang at Four Seasons were great. The trades that they use are really good--especially Tyler for the main construction and Ian for the electrical. Top notch. We lost our project manager early in the process, so communication wasn't as frequent as we had hoped, but it didn't hinder the project. It just kept us on our toes, making sure that we were asking questions all the time (hope we didn't take up too much of your time Matt!) They even managed to navigate completion of the project under less that ideal (read: COVID) circumstances. Now our favourite room in the house. Thanks again folks!

Let me start by saying that we’ve had 2 other renovations within the last 3 years on other parts of our house by popular companies, and both were ‘disasters’ as far as communications with ourselves and other trades, shoddy workmanship that required trades people to come back and redo their work, sometimes up to 3 times! So we had very high anxiety levels going into this next project.
Our latest project was somewhat massive… Our house is a side-split level. Our original kitchen was approx. 10’x12’ and was 4 feet above ground level with a basement room under that. We wanted to double the kitchen size by extending it further into the backyard. So as not to have a wasted space under the new kitchen addition, we decided to also extend the basement. There were 3 major contractors involved… excavation and foundations/concrete, sunroom (Four Seasons) and overall internal kitchen finishing.
Four Seasons was responsible for the overall planning, engineering design work and City approvals for both the excavation/foundations as well as the sunroom.
Four Seasons built our sunroom on top of the concrete foundation, and interfaced the older section of the previous kitchen.
Four Seasons heard our complaints about our previous renovations, and reassured us that this time if we went with them, it would not be a disaster. From the sales presentation through to final completion, including working with the other companies’ trades people, Four Seasons staff were excellent in communication and worked well with all parties, especially in the areas of the jobs that overlapped for each contractor…. and the quality of their workmanship was excellent, with minimal aggravation on our part. If there were issues, they were resolved enthusiastically and in reasonable time frames.
Matt Thomas did a thorough and credible job explaining why the Four Seasons products were better than various competitors… especially the thermal resistance of the windows. He answered our questions plus gave us more questions for consideration that we should be asking, to ensure we were educated.
Matt Jacewicz and Chris Ionescu did their magic in the sunroom project co-ordination, showing up on site regularly to interface with their crews and those of the other contractors.
The job was well done and we would highly recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms.
