They were willing to order a fit kit specific for my not so common SUV, and when that didn’t work out due to me not confirming in time, took measurements and proposed an alternative setup that worked great. Quick setup, quick takedown. Equipment was rock solid, clean, and made packing for our road trip a breeze. Would definitely rent again.

(March 24, 2022, 6:44 pm)Amazing!!!! Was our first time renting from them and will always come back. They went above and beyond to make our snowboard/skiing trip smooth and comfortable. The after hours drop off was ideal also, we were able to enjoy another full day at Blue Mountain vs having to rush back to return equipment!!! Highly recommended!! The staff were fantastic also!! Thank you again

(January 23, 2022, 12:35 am)They were able to accommodate us last minute for snow shoe rental. Called them in the morning and the gentleman was friendly and helpful. Service was quick on pick-up and they have an easy after hour return process. Prices are fair and store front was very clean.

(August 24, 2021, 1:28 am)This is an excellent place to rent gear for a camping trip. Rented from them twice, first time a tent, gas stove, second time a canoe. The customer service is incredible. The staff and management are accommodating, take their time to explain and show you how to use the gear. For the canoe they placed it on the car and supply all the equipment necessary, and show you step by step how to do it yourself. They are also really great with last minute additions/changes to your reservation as long as they have it in stock. Prices also very reasonable. 100% would rent from them again and would recommend to friends.
