I do get a fair amount of quality control issues and damaged doors but they are usually resolved and fixed i Give them 5 stars because there product is designed and made very well just got to step up that quality control as customers hate waiting for there new door twice.

He took the time to look it over, tried different things to fix it, and explained to me what he was doing. It was greatly appreciated and gave me reassurances that everything was taken care of properly.
