They installed fascia and soffit on our project and they were meticulous about all the details on the installation as well as the look of the each panel. The differentiator for Cladcan is they care about all the small design details like how different materials will connect seamlessly with the other (soffit to fascia, soffit to brick, fascia to brick, fascia to roof, etc) so everything looks like a well thought out design. The sales process, follow up, measuring and re-measuring were done thoughtfully. The installers were considerate of our property and cleaned up every night, even though they were coming back the next morning. We get lots of complements on the fascia and we agree that it's what makes our project stand out.

(March 2, 2022, 12:24 am)I just used CladCan for a second time and when I’m ready for another project they will be my first call. A one stop service for all your exterior needs. They did the stucco for my 3 story house; even with such a tight space on the sides of a Toronto house. I had them do the roofing, eaves and paneling. They where always professional easy to get a hold of and no issues from any of the neighbors.

They take their time to review every detail with architects to achieve the best quality. We enjoyed our collaboration with them and looking forward to do more projects with them.

Would highly recommend them for commercial projects. They know their stuff and do their own fabrication and installation, so you aren't being passed around.

Not only are the panels exquisite in design/appearance but they also are a durable long lasting material that will differentiate our house in such a positive way. The team at Cladcan was professional at every level. The design, quoting, installation and communication was efficient, accurate and fast - a rarity in the building process - and was very much welcomed. I would welcome anyone to consider adding this product to their dream home!
