We had a few minor defects with our blinds (noticed a tear in the fabric of one blind, damaged cassette in another and several blinds had incorrect fabric colors). Blinds factory customer service was exceptional. They very quickly responded to our issues and replaced all the affected blinds. Very good experience over all and I would recommend their products.
We purchased motorized blinds and have been very happy with our experience so far. -

They also manufacture their own blinds with lifetime warranty. From the initial meet through to post completion, we received the most caring service from this team! Highly highly recommended.
