Over the past few years I’ve been closely observing the market and from what I gathered, it seemed that prices were rising for buyers. Before I moved into the penthouse of the Shangri La they were asking $9M. That’s when I hired Augustus to negotiate on my behalf. By the time AT Realty was through with the property owner, the asking price had gone up to $10M. It was a bold strategy for Augustus to counter by increasing the sale price on himself, but it worked out in the end because I rated the experience. Thank you Augustus. I trust this. ABC
