It was nice that they contacted us before our older TV warranty, which we didn't use, expired and we got credit for it for additional purchases. Thomas the Manager at the Jane and Rutherford location is very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. We had a excellent shopping experience at this location and the prices of this chain are very competitive with bigger, less knowledgeable and impersonal AV stores.
