Described exactly what we would see when we came home. We left for the week and came back to exactly what he promised. Walter communicates clearly and is very precise. He took before and after pictures. He sent us a daily update. He took the time to find a place that would custom cut Douglas fir boards to replace the ones that needed replacing. 10/10 experience.
