(April 20, 2021, 9:13 pm)I needed to redo my finished basement. Z&M General contracting was able to turn it into a bachelor apartment for me. They took care of everything, all I had to do is tell them what I wanted. This is my first big home renovation, I glad I found the right contractor that did not make it into the nightmare you always hear about. Love the Workmanship and I'm sure they would have finished it in the time frame they promised, but covid-19 shutdown slowed things up. Other then that I would recommend them. I'm planning on using their services again on my next renovation!!!!

(January 16, 2021, 2:19 am)I was really happy with the outcome of my basement. Z & M contracting is surely the place to go to when you want a nicely renovated basement, with a nice clean finish! Mr. Ehsan and his lovely team were so polite and professional. They made sure to make everything look perfect and in no way rushed the process like other places do. I've had terrible experiences in the past and I must say I am so grateful to have given Mr. Ehsan a chance. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, as he gives you his word and follows it. He is 100% reliable.
