(January 12, 2021, 9:11 pm)Today was my first dental visit back since the COVID 19 pandemic at Yonge Smiles. I am here to tell you, that Dr Shimi, and his staff are amazing. Lets be honest, I blew off my scheduled cleaning appointments last year. So after a year of watching the 24hr news cycles, I finally cracked a tooth. I loved the strict protocols in place for the safety of their patients and staff. And even through visors and masks, the office is still incredibly welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much!

My family and I have been coming to Yonge Smiles for over a decade when it first opened in our home city Richmond Hill, Ontario. When we go Yonge Smiles whether it being our first day or our hundredth we have always been treated like we were family. When you walk through those front doors you always get greeted with a smile by the amazing receptionists. The love and respect continues throughout your entire visit. The dental hygienists are all amazing and do an amazing job at inspecting and cleaning your teeth (especially Mrs.Mala who has always done my family’s cleaning from Day One). Then comes the famous Dr.Shimi. This Doctor is one of a kind, he has a heart of gold, is always respectful and professional along with having a lot of experience in the Dental Industry. One of the best things about Dr.Shimi is that you won’t feel whatever he does (in terms of pain and needles). The way the whole team works is that they make it all about the patient/client and go the extra mile.
If you are looking for Dental Office or thinking about changing your current Dental Office then look no further. Yonge Smiles is the way to go! -

(September 11, 2020, 1:00 pm)I have had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Shimi as my dentist for the past decade (12 years). He and his team work diligently and passionately to meet the patient’s needs. I have never walked out of his office feeling uncomfortable and I have done treatments from cavity fillings to post root canal treatments (all have been painless). Dr. Shimi has an amazing personality, is always smiling (no pun intended), and he genuinely just wants the best for his patients.
