Our Furnace stopped working yesterday in the middle of January. After placing a request on Home Stars, Oren called me the same evening and arrived the next morning
I can't say enough about how nice Oren is. He explains what is going on with your furnace and in our case, was able to fix the issue quite quickly.
Our furnace is old but we are hoping to use it for the winter - Oren supplied a part that was needed to fix the issue more long term and also did a good cleaning of our furnace vents.
I am definitely keeping Oren's card and recommending him to others in our building who may need assistance.

I would honestly give Oren a 10 out of 5 if I could! He was knowledgeable and explained the repair as he went and followed up with us to ensure all was fixed! Oren is so fantastic he showed up at 7:00 pm on New Years to fix our hot water tank so that we wouldn’t be without hot water for long! We highly recommend! Thanks again Oren

Oren is very knowledgable and a consummate professional ... he gave us ample advance notice before coming over, he came on time, he was thorough, he was very pleasant, he was patient and excellent about explaining what he was doing and how things worked in simple terms that were easy to understand, and his rates were excellent! This was the first time we used Oren‘s service, but based on our experience with him, he will most certainly become our go to person for all things HVAC. Recently I had Oren quote to replace both my Furnace and AC Unit... he arrived on time and I was impressed with his knowledge of heating and AC systems. Following multiple quotes I hired Oren to replace my furnace and he will replace the AC unit in the late spring. The furnace replacement took exactly as long as he said it would and was a clean and great job - we are very happy with the installation and would recommend Oren and Think HVAC for any Heating and AC replacement or repair jobs.
