Strategic Muscle Systems is a place I would recommend to everyone. Excellent personal Training. Trainers who genuinely care about your success and go above and beyond to assist you. Small and intimate gym with a more personal atmosphere. I Highly recommended Strategic Muscle Systems to anyone that is looking for a holistic approach for their fitness journey.

I am a former athlete who enjoys training hard and at age 52 I was having hip pain and neck pain that was affecting my abilities and choices in the gym and in life. After months of trying everything else I started working closely with Evelyn. She assessed my imbalances and starting correcting the issues. As a result I’m now pain free and enjoying activities that I had been avoiding!

(May 20, 2022, 3:28 am)Nice boutique gym space. Chloe always welcomes me with the most warmth ;) Evelyn & Dave are top notch. Evelyn has helped me with my asymmetry. Training styles and techniques that helped with my years of wearing tall heels(was effecting my form), my serving arm (one side being much stronger than the other side), and sciatic pain (experienced 7 years ago due to lack of knowledge and improper form.) I travel all the way from downtown just to see them! 💗
