She was courteous to the home sellers, made suggestions that would enhance the sale ability of their homes and made sense to them.Most importantly the home seller followed her advise and did most of the work that she recommended on her reports to them. Moreover, she was extremely responsive, answering our questions very quickly even over the long weekend. The results spoke for themselves when the house sold in a day. She was able to interpret my style preferences and help me select new couches, carpets, and tables that have updated the spaces and made them so comfortable.
