Their pricing was reasonable, and they only replaced what needed replacing. They have earned my repeat business. I was reluctant to bring in my chainsaw for repair today since two other shops had refused to look at my older model. Andrew however understood the problem with the saw and advised me of a simple fix . He gave me a new rope and took the time to show me how to fix the recoil mechanism. Truly an owner who understands customer satisfaction. Definitely I would recommend using his services.

This is a great little shop. Dropped off my lawnmower for pre-season service; Andrew did a great job, explained everything he did to me, how to maintain the lawnmower over winter (no more old gas!) and did what he could to sharpen my blade. Ordered me a new one, it came in the next day and he installed it within 5 minutes. Top notch service, very reasonable prices, and great workmanship. I'll always bring my power tools to you guys!

Yesterday I went there with my lawn mower with what I thought was a seized engine; the motor wouldn't turn at all. They quickly discovered that I hadn't cleaned the underside after the last cut last Fall, and the grass clippings had dried solid. They cleaned it out , it roared to life, and they gave it back to me , all at no charge. I now was ready to tackle the first cut of summer 2018.
Let's face it , I don't know much about mowers, and this was obvious. A business with less integrity would have kept my mower, called me up later with a made up diagnostic, and presented me with a bill when I went to pick it up. I really appreciate Solo Motors honesty and the quick and friendly service they provided me ! I highly recommend this local business!
