They were able to easily diagnose and repair major problems with my jeep that multiple other shops had classified as "normal". They take the time to properly investigate and correct customers concerns. Don't waste your time at another repair facility. I live downtown but make the trip to Richmond hill Auto every time my car needs service now.

(January 28, 2019, 12:23 am)Just had my snow tires put on and had a wonderful experience. Fair price and they store your tires too! Completely effortless way to deal with it. Mario is patient and helpful explaining things and the location is awesome. I walked over and had pizza while the tires were put on then got a car wash. ????

(January 28, 2019, 12:19 am)It was my first visit to Richmond hill auto, but i really liked it here. They explained me everything in a very understandable manner. Had a oil leak but it was taken care of efficiently. Location is convenient too. Will definitely come back. Great stuff
