Tim was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all he was patient and always had our best interest as a family.
He has shown great care and help us analyze and go through selected options that fit our needs.
Him and his team have helped us in urgent matters like if it was for his own family.
That's what sets him apart in my personal opinion.
We truly feel and appreciate that he puts himself in every scenario and always tries to make our life better even in the worst-case scenario.
This year we had a wind storm we had to go through a claim application and him and his team were there to assist us every step of the way.
Special circumstances that was not common he had done additional research and given us the best course of action and recommendation.
I remember, it was during his family vacation when this happened and he still made time to help us and follow up with us along the way.
I would highly recommend any service that Tim and his team offer just based on their track records with us. -
