We've been waiting for a number of years to finally get to this major reno, luckily and with Poolcraft's smart planning, we bought most of the expensive items last year when we locked in with them for this project. The way we found Poolcraft (PC) was thru their very high ratings on Homestars & Google Reviews, also their website is beautiful (completed projects etc.)

As this is a big ticket item, I'll try and provide a thorough review for others looking to make this major investment in their home. We worked with PC, Stonecraft (Landscaping) and Timbercraft (Carpentry). We enjoyed working with everyone, but a special shout out to Rick (Sales) and Chris (Pool project mgr), as they were truly top notch individuals! Rick has a very calming and reassuring presence, Chris provided an email update daily on what was done and the plan for tomorrow!

I will try and upload a few pics, the work done was
    - Julie helped us come up with a wonderful design for the project
    - Pool and large patio
    - Floating steps down to pool with garden on each side
    - Putting green with astro turf surrounding it
    - Moving stairs from right side of the deck to left
    - Flagstone front porch, garden and driveway banding

We were supposed to start work Apr 1, but due to weather and other issues the work didn't start till May. The landscaping team who had the most work to do, were doing their best but got delayed a few times due to many other concurrent projects. As such we finished in mid-Aug but these days that's par for the course.

Discussing details of the plan, especially when changes were required was not stressful, everyone had great ideas and we relied on their vast experience. I didn't have to spend much time chasing after people, and also only once or twice was anything not 100% correct, that I had to work with the team to correct. For a project this size, this is pretty amazing. We had new grass put in, in the 1st week after it was in, looked fairly brown but the team reassured me with the sprinkler system running it should come back and if it didn't they had my back...it did in fact come back beautifully!

So all in all, I can 100% recommend PC for a project like this, they are definitely one of the top companies in this field! I cannot say it is cheap but if you want to minimize stress and headaches, and $$ spent in the future repairing items then it's best to go with a top company like PC! Finally I'll add, we also had a good experience with their pool support team, they explained why our concerns with elephant covers are unfounded as long as you have a reputable company install them and they did a great job closing the pool!

I have used PoolCraft in the past but for small tasks like replacing the Salt Cell Generator, and trying to figure out issues with the heater and pool clarity in general. Despite not being a regular customer, they still treated me like one and was very responsive in the emails and fixed my problems within the next day or two, something which my previous company kept dragging for months. As a result, I decided to use PoolCraft this summer for all my pool services.

Booking an opening was easy, I was able to complete and send the form online and book a date instantly. The guys came and opened the pool quickly and left the place cleaner than it was. The pool looked its best after opening than it ever did and I did not have to do much afterwards like I usually have to. It's also helpful when they send us emails of what has been done, with pictures. For the heater, a gas technician came 2 days after and started up the system, cleaning everything inside and all while maintaining a great conversation.

My experience in the store matched the service I received online. I was always greeted with a smile and a nice conversation, they do not try to oversell and inform me of what is needed and then I purchase what chemicals I need based on what I have at home. When there are things I do not know or am a little confused about they are more than happy to take their time to educate me. I always enjoy these trips to the store and their encounters do not make it a chore.

I just had my closing take place yesterday as well and I was thoroughly impressed that I didn't have to have a follow up call at all this time with this company. They came, did everything, and left, leaving the place clean, again with the completion email, even taking the filters and salt cell generator to clean and store for the winter, plugging the open lines which we used shopping bags to cover in the past.

Special mention goes to Meagan who despite my constant pestering over the email, was always patient and ready to answer my questions instantly. Booking service calls through her was a breeze and the technicians come either the next day or the day after. Throughout the season I had a million questions and would bombard her with emails but she answered each and every one until I fully understood the situation.

I definitely enjoyed a hassle free pool season this summer with PoolCraft and I look forward to being a customer for a long time.

We recently had Pool Craft replace our existing liner which was approximately 25 years old. I want to express our sincere appreciation to Geoff, Meagan and the entire team at Pool Craft for their excellent service. Their professionalism was top notch throughout the entire project. Their on site service teams were courteous, friendly and above all, very experienced in what they do. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for any thing. When it comes to pool knowledge and best in class service, these people and their company truly excel!
Thank you again for a great experience! If I could have given 10 stars, I would!!!!

Amazing experience. Everyone at pool craft was beyond wonderful to work with, from the initial introduction meeting, to the 3D rendering, right through to the very end. The landscapers (the twins) were truly great to work with and even treated our place better than we do - taking extra care to make sure every stone and every piece of sod was laid just perfectly. It’s amazing what they were able to do with such a small backyard. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

The results speak for themselves. Photos of the finished product attached.

We have always wanted a pool for many years and we finally did it! From our first meeting with Rick we knew Pool Craft was who we were going to have install it. The installation went extremely well. Everyone involved were professional from start to finish. We were always kept informed of what the next steps were right from day one. A huge thank you to Rick, Chris K, and Mark for all your help throughout the whole process. It’s been almost 2 weeks that we have been enjoying our dream of owning a pool. I have not missed a day of swimming! Thank you so much for everything! You are a great company to have worked with.
