We recently had an issue were a small screw was lost somewhere on the line and we weren’t sure if it had fallen into the food. We immediately stopped production, isolated the product that and called the general inquiry line at PLAN Automation. The staff was very friendly and put me in contact with the right support staff immediately. I explained that every minute we were down was costing us money. PLAN arranged to have the X-ray there by the end of day and by first thing in the morning their tech was there scanning the product. After about 90 minutes the screw was found.
