My therapist was professional, friendly and all of our sessions were confidential. She provided a safe space to talk and she REALLY listened. She genuinely cared about my well-being. She shared her wisdom with me, taught me coping strategies, shared resources and let me know I was not alone. Working with my therapist at Oakridges Therapy Centre, gave me the confidence and support I needed to move forward in my life, one day at a time.
