The experience with Sean at Monument Direct has been exceptional. He takes the time to discuss your needs. The experience has been very smooth from selecting the stone to designing and installing the monument. He's very transparent about the entire process and we felt very at ease due to the level of professionalism and the compassion he expresses to our family. I would highly recommend his service.

First of all, let us say thank you Sean and his staff for making and installing the gravestone to my mom. He gave us a reasonable cost for this monument during the Convid -19. My family and I came to cemetery yesterday and also I took a picture(gravestone) and did an Email 📧 to both brothers. They said that Sean made it very beautiful and nice design. Monument Direct, Sean, is very professional, empathetic and you get exactly what you are looking for a monument headstone.

We dealt with Sean and our monument headstone was unique and complicated. When we were asking for quotes, we got quotes from other suppliers except Sean. Sean explained as to why it couldn’t be done and for what we wanted what was needed. Once that was cleared, we had several reiterations to get the quote. He was patent, provided insights and worked with us. We had several email exchanges and he was quick to respond. Other suppliers didn’t take the time to respond to calls and/or emails.

Somethings to note, when you google ‘monument’ or headstone’, suppliers with similar name pop up. This is Monument Direct’, located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Also, to get a good quote, if your monument is a unique one, make sure you show pictures, from the selection of the colour of the stone to the font of the writing on the headstone on emails until you are sure that he has understood. Even after we picked an Angel monument from their website, the face of the Angel was similar to one on another website. Sean worked with us and the factory tirelessly to make sure we were happy with it or gave us the option of not proceeding with the full refund of our deposit.

In our time of despair, Sean demonstrated honesty, kindness, empathy and guaranteed satisfaction. What he quoted never changed.

We had very nice experience with Monument Direct not only for the good quality of the product but also the professional and customized service. You can always have your own input to the design of the monument. If you don't have much ideas about the design, they will guide you and work together with you patiently. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable.

I want to share my sincere gratitude to Sean and his staff for doing an amazing job on my son's gravestone. It was difficult to place my trust in an on-line company to make something so important but I'm so glad I did because it turned out beautifully.
