    Called for help late at night, I was pleased the 24 hour assistance advertised was actually being carried out. My problem was resolved in a timely fashion and my laptop was fixed in less than 24 hrs. Given this was my first experience with a tech assistant business I'd say the price was reasonable.

    I know Ali for a few years and the only thing I can say about him and the quality of his work is that whoever does not do business with him will be their loss not his.
