The first lady that helped me out seemed a little flustered or didn't know what she was doing. She would ask me to do something and then seemed unsure. Perhaps this could be attributed to the fact that the fire alarm had gone off prior to my arrival and staff were only just going back to their offices after the firemen had given the all clear.
The doctor was good and she switched back and forth between English and Cantonese which is fine with me. When I asked questions she would reply thoughtfully.
