(December 30, 2021, 4:29 pm)Dr Adrian is a caring and knowledgeable chiropractor. His friendliness and down to earth personality made me feel at ease for my first chiro visit. I had a lower back issue from a workout injury, and Dr Adrian provided treatments to my back and taught me ways to strengthen it as well. I would recommend Dr Adrian, as he is a chiropractor that listens to his patients carefully about their pain and follows up to ensure the treatments are working the way it should be.

(November 22, 2021, 2:58 pm)Since tweaking my low back a couple years ago in the gym I have always had on-and-off pain doing certain movements. Since seeing Dr. Adrian, I have begun to feel much better and am slowly gaining the confidence to do certain exercises again without having to work around discomfort.
During treatments, Dr. Adrian is always professional, informative, open to questions, and accommodating of your limits. He provides sound advice and leaves you with additional exercises/stretches to do outside of treatments for maintenance and further progress - It is obvious that he has your best interests and long-term success in mind.
Most importantly, Dr. Adrian and all the staff at Ultima Wellness are welcoming, friendly, and approachable, making for a very comfortable environment and experience. Every visit is a pleasure. -
