(March 19, 2019, 12:19 am)I've been with JD Smith and Assoc for 18 years. I insurance my cars and home and when I moved or purchased a new car, the switch over has been with minimal effort. I don't always like how the insurance companies up my rates or change my overages but my CSR Jenny is quick to explain things, change my policy or like last year, change me to a new company and get me an $850 refund. I have no complaints and am thankful to not worry about being covered!!
