(December 7, 2022, 2:03 am)I've never experienced customer service like this before and Mike definitely exceeded all of my expectations today. He was right there at each step after the horrible car accident I experienced this afternoon. From the scene to collision centre, picking up my car rental (ensuring me I wouldn't be without a car - after-hours and all), to even transferring ALL my many belongings, and finally dropping off my bag personally after I left it in his truck the same evening. Although this was an awful accident, mike really made things super easy and pleasent for me. He literally took care of everything. I consider him a friend and I'd recommend him to family, my closest friends and everyone I know.

Mike even followed up the next day which was really kind. Truly a great experience overall during a very stressful time.

(October 1, 2022, 1:26 am)Mike was absolutely awesome to work with. Super quick service, and very very knowledgeable. After my accident, he towed my car (and drove me) to the Collision Centre, along with driving me home afterwards before bringing my car to his yard.
I couldnt be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism he showed throughout our engagement. 100% will call Mike in the future if ever needed, and will refer to friends! Thanks again Mike! -

(September 18, 2022, 2:55 pm)My car battery died and they were just passing by and were kind enough to just stop and help me out. They towed my car to Canadian Tire and helped me buy and install a new battery. I highly recommend their service.
