I viewed a studio apartment in 276 Cedar Avenue, very clean and beautiful. The building superintendent, Brinda is literally nice. she is very kind and helpful.

Great place to live!!

100% recommended. I lived here for almost 3 years , and I have nothing more to say, that me and my family felt really lucky and gratefull to be part of the community.

The building manager was AMAZING to us during all the time we lived there. And all that we can say is THANK YOU BRENDA!! We wish we didn’t have to move!! 🤧🤧

You will enjoy the quietness and calmness that this place brings! Awesome community, awesome street, Beautiful parks and fields around!

Best move in my 43 years!

The community is fabulous & very safe. The customer service is amazing. The buildings are clean, quiet and very pet friendly. There are no pests and the laundry facilities are well maintained and convenient. The staff is welcoming and feeling at home is almost immediate once you unload your last box :)
