  My sessions with Kristina allowed me to grow extensively as an individual. I always had trouble understanding my emotions, as I tended to repress them. But thanks to her great listening skills, empathy, and ongoing belief in me, we developed tools that encouraged me to recognize them better. I definitely would recommend her.

  I would recommend Kristina for her psychotherapy services to anyone in search of a thoughtful and patient listener. Kristina will provide a fresh perspective on the issue, a healthier insight, and offers tools to help you stay grounded and focused on your path. Her space is very welcoming and Kristina makes it even more so as she is warm, kind, and approachable! I highly recommend Kristina for her therapy services to anyone in search of a helping hand and a great source of support.

  Through my sessions with Kristina, we were able to make me feel more grounded in my life, more confident about myself, and able to better keep perspective and have less anxiety about decisions about the future. Kristina is an easy person to talk to, a thoughtful listener, and has good intuitions into how you are feeling, which she uses to challenge you (in a caring way) and offer perspective. I would recommend her to anyone who is feeling anxious, lost or simply not their best self and in need of a little help.
